 • The discounts are available for services received from in-network general dentists and specialists only. Assist clients in locating a provider in his/her area by using the Dentegra website: www.Dentegra.com/UnitedHealthcare      (website active 1/1/2021). AARP Medicare Supplement Plan members can call UnitedHealthcare customer service at 1-800-523-5800 for help with locating a Dentegra in-network provider. • After selecting a network provider, clients can contact the office and identify themselves as an AARP Medicare Supplement Plan member in o  n ietification card to the dental office to verify eligibility. • After obtaining services, individuals pay the provider directly
