Part D Prescription Plans are
Available in ALL States
Remember it is important to have a prescription plan even if you don't have any prescriptions. You don't want to have a Penalty on your file because this is a Lifetime Penalty and as the Average Drug Rate goes up, so does the Penalty for Life.
If you can show that you had previous continous prescription, we can help you appeal your Penalty!
